Our Return Policy

At https://wholesalewatch.top, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the option to exchange it for another item or return it for a refund.

Please Note: This return policy does not apply to items labeled as Special Order. Additionally, all transactions involving trade-ins and "pay over time" purchases are final and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

14-Day No Questions Asked Returns

We offer a 14-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy on all eligible watches.

· Customers have a 14-calendar-day inspection period to qualify for a return or refund. This period begins at the time recorded by the carrier upon package delivery.

· Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the day the watch was received. Once initiated, you have 14 calendar days to ship the watch back.

· We recommend sending your item(s) via insured, traceable means, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Ensure you have insured the items against loss or damage for full replacement value before sending them.

· Retain your tracking number and email it to [email protected] so we can monitor the progress of your return. If the tracking number is not traceable on the shipping company's website within 3 days of receiving the item, it will be considered "not a valid return," and the returned merchandise will be refused.

· All items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold, including all original packaging, documents, and accessories. The watch should not show any signs of wear, such as scratches, dings, or modifications. Once a watch has been worn or altered, it can't be returned. If there's any evidence of use or changes, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund. To qualify for a return, the watch must be in the same condition as when it was received. Any alterations, like removing or adding links, scratches from strap changes, or wear on the band or case, will prevent us from accepting the return.

Refunds

· All watches are authentic. However, if you ever doubt the authenticity of your watch and wish to return it during the initial return period, a certified letter signed and verified by either an authorized dealer or authorized manufacturer service center is required as proof deeming the watch as not being original authentic manufacturer equipment. Only then will a complete refund be issued by https://wholesalewatch.top(exclusions/exceptions apply to stated/noted aftermarket parts such as diamond bezels, dials, and straps/buckles, which are not eligible for this return exception).

· All credit card purchases (website and phone orders) are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Items purchased using cash or bank wire/transfer are excluded.

· All purchases processed as charges and verified are not eligible to be voided or canceled and will be treated as a refund only. Restocking fees may be waived for store exchanges with approval.

· Not eligible for refund:

o Items not in original condition.

o Any watch not accompanied with original watch material sold with, such as (boxes, papers, warranty, appraisal).

o Shipping charges.

o Special Orders.

o Trade-in and Pay Over Time Transactions: All transactions involving trade-ins and "pay over time" purchases are final and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Additional Information

· If you return an item that was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

· The buyer is responsible for return shipping in case of a return.

Once Received: We will inspect the watch and issue you a refund using the method you used to pay for the watch.
